We exclusivly serve Meats By Linz out of Illinois.  It cost a little more but is well worth it and as our world shifts, so must our prices.  We will adjust the prices with the market, simular to seafood.  Chef River cooks over an open flame grill and strives to serve you a steak cooked to your liking.  If you have any questions about the cooking temps please ask your server.
